We are very happy with this company. James was very thorough, and did an excellent job. Our older home which we just recently purchased was in dire need of a good cleaning. James was kind, considerate, and very knowledgeable during the entire process. He actually found a teddy bear stuffed at arms length in one of the vents ducts. No idea how long that may have been there! Our home HVAC system air now feels and smells much fresher. Highly recommend this company.

Very friendly and professional service. They could estimate how long it had been since our new (to us) home had the furnace and vents cleaned. I had booked the dryer vents as well, but they determined they weren't in need of servicing and we were happy to save some money from that. Would highly recommend.

He also noticed a dangerous situation with our dryer vent and cleaned and repaired the venting to remove the hazard. We are super happy with your work, James. Top notch service, James came all the way out to Vulcan for my place. He did an extremely thorough job, disassembling the fan of my furnace before cleaning it, cleaning and wiping all vent covers and vent areas as he went, and giving me very helpful advice on furnace operation and maintenance. To top it all off his prices are very reasonable.

Highly recommend Fresh Air! They were on time for my booking, friendly and did an amazing job! They went through everything with me so I knew what they were doing in my home. I wasn't sure about the filters I had or when I needed to replace them. Jim explained it all to me and showed me what to look for so I knew when the filters needed to be replaced.
They cleaned up after themselves and put all of my belongings back exactly where they were before (book shelves and plant stands).
The price was well below anything else I could find. I also love that they are local and are servicing the town they call home!
If you're looking for a company that truly cares about you & your families well being and the quality of the air in your home, these are your guys!

I've used fresh air furnace cleaners twice now. Once at the vet clinic I work at and once in my home. They are phenomenal. Fast and efficient and the price was fair. They didn't make me feel embarrassed about how dirty my furnace was or how old and run down my house is. Will definitely be using them again in the future.
