Trina Lo and her team at FreshInk Communications has been handling all our marketing for the past couple years. The intake processes was very detailed so they could truly understand who are customers are and what are our procedures. From there we were able to get a proposal of all they had to offer and started with a few items we could afford... but as business started rolling in, we were able to add to it. We started with social media posts 2 years ago, and now we have a detailed brand guide, have ads in various publications, a clear sales funnel, been exposed to new networks, have a monthly newsletter, have branded trade show table ready to go at a moments notice... that's just a few highlights. Now anything that we print, wear, write proposals we send out, and as we get new ideas for growth, we pass by Trina and FreshInk to make sure it is clear to our brand message and look. It's so nice to have someone else put it all together in a way I've always wanted my company to look. It has been well worth it in saved time and increased revenue.
During the first stages of Covid, Trina totally took over our messaging and educated us in how to handle and respond. We offered a bunch of res purses and education to our customers organically and did not have to rely on email blasts like a lot of companies did. I thought they really shined for us during that time, and made my company a calm and steady presence. I am very thankful for that.
