We had a good experience working with Fritz Media. Jen is super nice, and obviously has a lot of knowledge/experience. The communication was clear, the expectations were clear from the beginning, and the team delivered on what they promised.
We are a long-distance project. Our hope was to spread the word about our music to start building a listener base, and I wish I had understood that this kind of publicity does not necessarily translate to listeners/followers, but it's more for getting press/reviews and building credibility -- so it has to be treated as one piece of the promotion package. I don't know if we would have invested on this campaign when we did if we had known this beforehand (especially because it was all the money we had, and listeners were more important to us than good press). But Jen explained it in detail during the campaign, and I appreciated that.
To me, it was like paying for education (and for some awesome reviews in several music blogs/pages, which I just wish more people would actually read). I would definitely consider working with Fritz Media again in the future, as long as I have a more complete strategy that includes other kinds of promotion (and a much bigger budget).

Releasing my debut single with the help of Jen and the team at Fritz Media was a great experience. Jen understood my commitment to songwriting with a story in mind and she really got my own story as an artist. Because of her keen perception and skill, each reviewer, feature, playlist, and interviewer we connected with felt like a genuine fit. She embraced the range of motivational themes in my work and saw that it was pitched appropriately across these themes - to be included with emotional songs and with uplifting inspirational songs. As a newer artist, I had a very small musical footprint before releasing Keep Moving Forward and Jen was able to work from there to secure some great press.
It’s such a vulnerable thing to release your art into the world. Working with Jen and the team at Fritz Media made the experience a positive one.

Jen and her team are fantastic. I'm very happy with how the team helped get my debut album to playlisters, bloggers, reviewers and in general many new ears. I don't make commercial music per say as a jazz/rock fusion artist but they got my music to the right places and helped make my debut release a success! I highly recommend Fritz Media, I had great results and Jen was always happy to answer questions and overall be a very friendly and professional person.

I can't say enough great things about Jen Fritz. There are lots of choices out there for publicizing your new record or upcoming tour but Jen Fritz of Fritz Media is the one to hire. She worked closely with me to create a plan and she followed through on every word of it. Honestly, don't waste your money or time elsewhere. Fritz Media was excellent to deal with. They worked with me on my first attempt at a National campaign. As I was new to what that looked like, education about what I needed to do to help get my music out to a larger audience was invaluable. I would have been a particularly difficult client to pitch as I had no real National presence yet. We worked hard on refining my “story” so that when she made the pitch, media found it interesting and intriguing enough to give me a chance for a feature. Fritz Media was able to help
me open doors and get my music out to a large audience. They were easy to deal with and challenged me to be the best artist I could be.
