Great customer service! Came in with a broken frame. I found a great frame and they shaved my lenses down to fit them. Next time took advantage of their Lifestyle package for a second pair of glasses and they made them while I waited for $149.

I recently visited FYidoctors in Parry Sound, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and friendly, the office was clean and well-organized.

Dr. Bishop was incredibly thorough during the eye exam. She took the time to explain each step of the process and answered all my questions. I appreciated how she didn't rush through the examination and made sure to check everything carefully.

I really had a lovely time picking out my style of frames with the friendly pretty staff lady. She was so patient and didn’t try to rush me out the door. She really wanted to find a style that suited me and that I would love forever. She should get a raise for sure 😉

Overall, I highly recommend FYidoctors for any eye vision care. The combination of a knowledgeable doctor and friendly staff made my visit enjoyable and stress-free. If you're looking for a reliable optometrist, this is the place to go! 20/20 👓🫶🏽

I brought my father to see Dr Bishop for a checkup and prescription glasses. She was personable, professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. Dr Bishop explained everything so we could understand his results. Our experience was second to none and we highly recommend her.

An arm on my glasses kept coming off so I stopped by at the Parry Sound FYI doctor's office, where I had them made a while back. Within minutes both of the arms on my glasses were replaced at no charge. Thanks, I really appreciate that!

These guys are lifesavers! I lost my glasses in the lake, I called them right at open to see how fast I could get a new pair as sometimes with astigmatism lenses need to be ordered, however, they answered fast, asked for my prescription and assured me they would be able to do them same day. I got in and was helped by Rebecca who was amazing! She had great advice on frames, helped me find different types of frames, and was super patient while I was trying on different kinds and making a decision. They had the glasses done in 20 minutes!

They have an amazing and wide selection of different frames. I’m sure everyone will be able to find the perfect frames for them.

Best optometrist team I've ever dealt with. We are living in Thunder Bay now and we still get taken care of by them because they handle their business with grace and integrity. My boy breaks glasses left, right and center and their team always goes out of their way to help us keep him in glasses. I will forever be grateful for the way they treat my family and I will continue to go out of my way to ensure my money is spent at a business that earns it.

Dr. Bishop is incredibly knowledgeable and help. She takes the time to answer all of your questions without rushing you our the door - very refreshing in this day and age!. All staff members are very friendly and helpful too.
