Chris is the only one I trust when it comes to getting company merchandise made. For the past 10 years he has always been awesome to work with, and the fact that he is local is an added bonus. Many times over the years I've reached out asking for a quick turnaround as something would pop up for work--even though those orders are probably the most annoying for him to deal with, he always manages to make it happen (even went in on his time off recently to help me out). Because of that, I always make sure he gets our large company orders. Never had a complaint with any of the work he has done, it is always top shelf and look forward to more years of doing business with him

They are very knowledgeable on options available to fit almost every price point. If you ever don’t know exactly what you want - take Chris recommendations. He can do things you didn’t think of or different types of printing that look super sharp!

Not a good communicator, rude by email. Refused to talk by phone. Phone line does not work after calling for 3 days. Obviously was not interested in business. Look elsewhere, found a better embroiderer.
UPDATE: I am not selling services, I was looking for a local company to embroider caps for the Regina area team and possibly do team apparel to, which was a large order and to save shipping costs. So maybe you should have answered the phone or not insinuated in the emails thinking I was a seller when I said I needed a local company. Hire extra person to handle your calls or messages. I asked politely and your responses were appalling.
