We were lucky enough to have Rick Reinhardt be our realtor for purchasing our home in Sherwood Park. When we first met Rick in the Fall we were very clear that we were not ready to buy until the next Spring/Summer but he treated us so well from the start. We originally set up a time to meet for coffee to discuss our hopes and what we were looking for in our home. He called back and said let’s go see some homes. I reiterated we wouldn’t be ready to purchase yet and he replied with “absolutely not an issue, I just want to really understand what you are both looking for.” So we went and looked at few homes and found areas and homes we loved. This ended up being super beneficial as we lived out of town. Rick knew exactly what we wanted, he was so calm and knowledgeable and really helped us feel secure with our decisions. His patience, kindness and amount of knowledge are unmatched. He’s got a great sense of humour too which really helps in stressful situations. We ended buying our home sight unseen and it was everything we wanted. Rick was extremely effective in our negotiations for our home even with it being an extremely hot market for sellers. We got the first home we offered on which is very uncommon in that market. Rick was timely in getting purchasing paper work completed and keep all of our nerves calm the whole way.
