Very friendly staff, I bought a note 20 ultra for a very fair price, the device had a screen problem, but Asa told me to bring it back, and he swapped me for a perfect condition Note 20 ultra at no extra cost, that was very satisfactory customer service. Would recommend going here. 👍

i got no where with apple care for a charger issue. called bell toll free was told it was apple issue bell told me no luck with apple went into shop let him know about the circle i was getting told between bell and apple. he took my info tried to check into it he also got the run around. and to make me happy just gave me a new charger. who does that. talk about going above the call. he said this isn’t from bell but from the company to say thank you . wow
