I have been bringing my suv to Gem auto for a few years now since I bought it and they just finished getting my vehicle ready for winter with new tires, brakes and an oil change. They even fixed a light that they couldn't get to last time. I have always had a positive experience and once again they really made sure everything was done well and fixed properly on my suv. They were able to get everything done before snow fall and made sure to get me quotes beforehand. Very fair and easy to converse with.

These guys installed an engine in my truck. The entire process was great, and the staff was very knowledgeable. They also had very competitive pricing, all of which is hard to find these days.

I don't recommend Gem Auto to anyone. I was treated unfairly and quite rudely on the phone. I'm not one to wright reviews or complain about anything, but unfortunately this was one of the worst experience I've had for customer service at an automotive shop. Hopefully they will show some patience and understanding for the next new individual who calls to book.

Thank you to Gem Auto for always going over and above when working on our vehicles.
Our truck is almost at 100,000 km, so it was due for all new fluids. Matt and his team did an amazing job flushing all the old fluids out and putting the new fluids in.
This is our preferred mechanic shop to go to and we will always support Gem Auto because we trust the work they do.

These guys are awesome. They're very friendly, knowledgeable, and do good work. The prices seem to be reasonable, and they offer a wide range of services, including out of province inspections. They were great to deal with when I had to get my BC truck inspected. I recommend bringing your vehicle here if you need any kind of work done.

I came out one day to my car having a flat tire and called a few tire shops in town. This is the one that was able to get the tire patched up before they closed. I took the tire off the car and brought it in about an hour before closing after phoning them. They got right on the job and were able to complete it even though it took them until just after closing.
