Tried using the platform and I paid for the apprentice, but struggle to understand the platform and connect with an apprentice.
I couldn't wrap my head around it and requested a refund from support. Unfortunately, the company wanted to try and cancel my account and said they couldn't offer me a refund as it fell outside of policy.
If they cancel my refund, I would loose my credit and loose my money. Hopefully the company can amend the refund policy if the platform doesn't accommodate and solve peoples needs.

Had the same experience as Sean Wroe. I signed up for 1 time $47 USD 'FREE' service... which they advertised as FREE then they get you for $47 USD. Then they try and get you month and then $147 quarterly. They kept billing me and I NEVER EVEN ONCE USED THIS SERVICE. PATHETIC and I WILL BE CALLING MY BANK AND GETTING A REFUND. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS THAT BILL YOU WHEN YOU DON'T EVEN USE THEIR SERVICE!!
