These guys are great!
I have been dealing with them exclusively for over 10 years. Every time I have trouble, they are more than happy to help me out. I've gone in to upgrade my phone and often end up getting a better deal than I'd expected. They even offered to call me when the phone I wanted was available.

I upgraded my phone here on August 31st. The guy who was working the late afternoon was absolutely awesome! I didn't get his name but he was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions, recommended a plan that works better for me then the one I was going to get. He switched everything over to my new phone and put on my screen protector without any issues and was extremely friendly and easy going. Offered us coffee and turned on the tv while we waiting for my phone to switch. Probably the best experience I've had upgrading. Thanks for the excellent service!!

I can not say enough about Godswill and the team at GL Mobile. They are extremely friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about their products. They will go above and beyond to help me out. I work for a company that have over 60 cellphones and numerous truck radios. This means many trips to GL for upgrades, repairs and purchasing products. Not once, have I ever left disappointed with their service, its second to none! Thank you GL Mobile!

Unfortunately all I asked was to get my remote start recalibrated due to the vehicle's main battery going dead. Called twice to get this done and all they told me was there installer will call me. One day shy of a week now.

I don't know if everyone at GL Mobile is like the people I have met there but if my experience means anything then they are the greatest people. I live in a rural area and they provide me with very good internet at a very reasonable price and I can count on one hand (with the exception of a single on-going issue) how many times they have been down. I don't even think I have ever had that frustrating situation where I wasn't getting good speeds like I did when I was using Xplornet. They can't provide me with fast internet as wireless internet is very costly to provision as speeds get higher. I get 4mbits and unlimited bandwidth and even though I do need a lot more - that is what they can provide without causing bottlenecks and infringing on other clients. Unlike other providers who will over sell their bandwidth - they do not. They also carry a lot of gear for your auto needs and provide very friendly people to assist you in the installation. They also carry and service a lot of your cellular and two-way needs. I have had nothing but great experiences when I visit them!

Terrible terrible. Took a vehicle there last winter for a command start. Never did work right. So they removed it and just tossed it and the wiring into a bag. Also didn't replace the underdash panels correctly so I did that. Then a few weeks ago they came out to install a internet dish etc for xplornet. Because of our location it didn't work well so they agreed to take it back (xplornet). They send GL MOBILE out to remove it and all they take is the dish and box. Leave everything else for the homeowner. I wouldn't recommend GL MOBILE for anything.
