This funeral home is even better than what we heard or expected, Natasha was so compassionate, genuine and kind to our family through a very difficult time in our lives, she was always so supportive and quick to respond to our needs and always willing to help us in any way she could and she went above and beyond for our family, she is truly an angel put on earth. It brought us so much comfort knowing our son was taken care of by this family and we’re so fortunate to have them in our community ❤️

Following the passing of one of my Grandmother's best friends I heard from their family that the Goulets will now no longer allow pall bearers into the vault, which I think is for the best. There are realities to the funeral industry I couldn't possibly understand as an outsider, I don't need to. All I need to do is mourn, and unfortunately that mourning was turned to anger when the veil was lifted back too far.

Even if they only changed the policy to avoid angry mourners, the intent is irrelevant, the right decision was made.

I can't imagine dealing with grieving families week in and week out but I would only remind the Goulets that for us it's the saddest week of our lives, for you it's just a Wednesday. We shouldn't be able to tell the difference.

I feel as if the ceremony and respect for the dead has decreased, and my personal values don't allow that. There is ceremony to be upheld, practices to be kept, and respect to be deservedly given.

That being said the Goulets have done and will continue to do a lot of good for the community, and will continue to help families through some of their worst moments. For taking on the vocation and caring for our loved ones they deserve respect. They have earned mine.
