GBG was simply outstanding in their customer service, product quality and delivery. I've worked a few times with them and they are super accommodating and helpful. This time, I was ordering some family shirts that needed some unique design work and the team was great and patient as we went through a few iterations to get things just right. The order was completed quickly and the pricing was great (as always) then they went out of their way to set the order aside so we could pick it up after business hours. The whole design, coordinator and production teams are just fantastic and I'll be using them again in the future.

They were really easy to communicate via email and worked with my schedule to make pickup easy ( I live out of town and could only pick up on certain days/times). We love they products created. We ordered custom shirts and hats for a small business. They gave good feedback and information on their products and our design to make them look great and allow for a quick turn around. Would definitely use them again for future projects!

Our shirts from Great Basin Graphics turned out beautiful, from the 6 month size to the 3xl-tall! We went with Great Basin Graphics because of the great reviews others had left. So I thought I would also leave a review to be of help to others trying to decide where to get their graphic shirts done. The workmanship and the quality of the shirts were the best. Working with Lindsey was a pleasure. She made it so easy! We were so pleased in every way. We will definitely be back to Great Basin Graphics in the future!

It was my first experience creating and ordering shirts for the organization I represent. GB provided ideas, suggestions and answered all my questions. They listened to my perspective and worked with me to get a product that our members are very happy to wear! Also they helped with the ordering and distribution process of the shirts. The support was more than I expected!

Great Basin Graphics has been doing T-shirts for me for quite a while. I have probably had eight batches done over the last 15 years. The logo I use is really complicated and they handle it with ease. I have always been impressed with their customer service, their professionalism, and the quality of their work.

I ordered pictures to be put on articles of clothing. The time frame was as I was told it would be. The clothing is nice. The price was decent. The things I didn't care for was that the picture I was shown of what the photos would look like on the clothing was very different than what I got. The photos on the clothing was much larger than the preview. I didn't care for that. Also, I requested that the photo on the blanket be at the top. The preview showed it at the bottom. I again asked for it to be at the top and was again told it would be. When I got it the picture was at the bottom. So, although I didn't get quite what I wanted, the service was okay. They did stay in touch and keep me up on the order.
