I have been flying dual line kites for 30 years and have always relied upon US websites and traditional stores along the Oregon and California coast for parts and service when needed. I was so happy to find Great Canadian Kite Company online, and ordered a new Revolution. Quick to respond by phone or email. Very informative.
Prices are very reasonable when compared to other sites.
I have placed three orders with this company so far - I have been very happy with the results each time.

Wow, talk about service. Mike gets more than 5 stars that's for sure! I was last minute purchasing a kite for my niece's birthday and he made magic happen. The kite I had originally wanted wasn't available but with his suggestions, we decided on a different one. Thanks to speedy email replies on his end, he was able to get everything sent out and even upgraded our shipping which I so genuinely appreciated thanks to my last minute needs. 10/10! And even more, they're local to Alberta! I'm grateful to have found them thanks to Google instead of ordered a low quality kite from a big box store. Amazing customer service, local company and I know the quality will be 10x what I would have found. Can't wait for it to arrive 🙂

Finding this company in an internet search was one of the best discoveries I've made. I needed replacement parts for my stunt kite.
They are more than willing to go the extra mile to help you. Simply to ensure they were sending the right part, the owner researched my exact specifications online and contacted me to catch a mistake he thought I might have made in my measurements. So far their parts and accessories prove to be satisfying.
