I purchased a truck this week from Griffiths Ford. Sarah in sales helped me tremendously, she was kind and patient.
Danielle in financing is amazing, everyone is very friendly! Derrick helped me choose a new hitch for my horse trailer and was a wealth of knowledge.

To be honest this business is amazing. I bought a car in 2010, a used car few years ago and a new Bronco last August and every single time I had a great experience with the sales department as well as the service. They always go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and satisfied.

We took our truck in for a grinding noise in the front end. This had been ongoing for almost a year and we took it into another dealership and they charged us 200 bucks to tell us nothing was wrong. Griffiths Ford gave my wife a lift downtown and picked her up from other appointments and when she got back the truck had been diagnosed and fixed. We were happy that they listened to our concerns and took the time to investigate the issue and found it was a common complaint with our year and model. Thanks for all your help!
