We placed our order for pickup. Food was ready when we arrived. Our burritos were ok. But beware of the hot sauce! I got least amount possible. The sauce caused pain. I'm used to mild hot sauce. The hot sauce at Guac is not mild. Not recommended.

As expected and reliable for food quality and taste. Great option for a picnic but not dine-in.

The food was tasty, fresh, and hot. Portions range from small to enormous and are priced reasonably.

Lots of options from vegetarians, pescatarians, and meat-lovers alike.

You customize your bowl or meal with toppings you want.

They have "gluten friendly" options but no protocol for those suffering Celiac disease.

Lots of beverage options.

The kids' menu has lots of easy options.

The front door is accessible. There is a ramp and an activation switch to automatically open the door.

There was 1 high-top table with high top seats. No highchairs and seats aren't great for small children so may e opt out of dining in.

The Washroom is for customers only but accessible.

Visit April 2, 2024 for late lunch. We tried the beef bowl and the chicken bowl, along with a Jarrito pop and churos. All were excellent. Staff were helpful. Limited seating area inside. Priced moderately to expensive.

We just there getting a chicken burrito on menu says regular is 12.99, while making burrito the man put very little topping on the burrito, asked for more cheese as a half scoop was added and was told another scoop will be extra, thinking .99$ but come to find out it’s 1.99$ for another half scoop. Also while paying seen the total was 14.47$ not sure where the price change came from but was not happy to see the menu say 12.99 even online. It was 14.47+1.99+hat was not worth the money and will not be returning, make sure you check your price as you leave. Get a receipt, these people are stealing from us!

For $30 (no drinks) I’d expect a little more meat. My hard shell taco had 3 cubes of chicken in it.. my husbands (large) burrito was the size of a small and also very cheap on the meat. Won’t be back.

Two tiny scoops of rice, two tiny scoops of chicken... Just not enough value for what you pay. Rice is so cheap, the owner should think about bigger portions to compete with fat bastard who will give you as many scoops of rice as you want... Just not good enough unfortunately here

Wow , let's start saying it was a big surprise to begin with.
My husband and I wore traveling to Ottawa and stop for gas , we saw this place and though , " hey Mexican food , let's have some"
As we enter , a young woman was behind the counter and I spoke to her in spanish, she ignored me , so I thought she probably didn't heard me ( all tho I'm standing right in front of her speaking to her ) so I repited myself and she didn't say a word so I look at my husband and back at her and said " excuse me, do you speak Spanish? She said no , so ok I though and as I look at my husband to place his order she was gone and a gentleman from India came out , took our order , which it was 2 orders of 3 tacos each , soft tortillas 1 shrimp, 1 carnitas ( pulled pork) and 1 bbq beef in each order , well he ask about toppings so we choose , I ask for 2 drinks " jarritos " , I get my bill and it's $45 !?$*÷ like what , let's mention after paying this ridiculous price , taking our food to the car because it's only 1 table inside and it was busy , our food was cold , Tortillas straight out of the fridge , bbq beef was just curry taste ( not mexican) and if at least they tell you our food is not Mexican but yet that's exactly the opposite of what they advertised, plus cold food and super expensive.
Truly the worse meal so far in a long time , unfortunately I didn't took pictures of this place or the meal but believed me when I say it's not worth it .
I will NOT RECOMMEND this place .
