Absolutely horrible customer service on the sasktel mobility side of things. I came in 2 weeks ago needing a new phone, needless to say they had basically no stock (not their fault, and it is what it is) The problem was that the guy helping me called up another store and told me that they would overnight the phone to the store as soon as the other store received it and he would call me when it was shipped- probably around Wednesday. Wednesday comes around- no phone call. So I called on Friday, just to get an update... no call back. Went into the store today to find out what is happening and I am now told that the other store is not sending the phone as the two phones they had coming in have been sold to other people. The least Guy's could have done is call me (not to mention, not calling me back once already) and tell me about the mistake and not waiting on a product that I was told was coming for me!! The worst part is the guy who helped me convinced me that it was better to wait and get the phone I wanted rather than settling for something else!! Who knew I'd be waiting 2 weeks for a phone that wasnt coming. Were they ever going to let me know, or just leave me hanging? The way they handled this whole issue is completely unacceptable.

Terrible place to buy appliances. Customers have no back up from this retailer, they will not bat eye to try and hoodwink you. Then he tells you anything to get rid of you. I am just telling our terrible experience with this particular store, just beware. And do not allow him to promise you if his untrained staff can't fix the problem he will replace the stove i had for only 5 days and then tries to claim we broke it. And mostly definitely do not let his untrained staff open up our stove because then it made our warrenty invalid. I highly recommend if you want to buy from Guy's Furniture head to North Battleford, they are fantastic and absolutely provide the very best customer service i have ever experience and its well worth the trip. Oh and by the way my name is not Mary. Lol wow

Guy's Furniture is probably one of the best retail experiences we've had. Even in these times of short inventory they go the extra mile. Not only do they deliver. They setup the new and remove the old appliances/ Furniture.
Outstanding service in a small town ?. Well deserved 5 ? stars.

Don't usually rate this high but the guy who helped me get my cell was awesome.
I had to wait as he was helping a customer.
But explained how to use iPhone, start gmail, etc on their new phone not only correctly but explained in a way that makes sense.
He also had the phone I wanted, s8, in stock which I cannot say for the other sasktel
dealer I went to.
And helped me find a good case and screen protector.

What a treasure. Great selection and prices the internet and box stores could not match. On top of this free delivery to a farm 80kms away. We will continue to go there first.

Often they will quote you the best price you will find on an item they carry. If you get a better price elsewhere, feel free to bring it in to these guys as they are very competitive on pricing.
