Recently, the lower half of my splint entry was converted into a 2 bedroom apartment for my daughter and family. In addition, the upstairs bathroom was renovated to accommodate a washer and dryer. Employing Habermehl Construction was nothing but a positive experience. From the initial meeting with the architect who helped fine tune our vision to the rest of the team who made it all happen, it was a smooth process. The project manager was always readily available to answer questions or concerns and kept me up to date on the progress on a weekly basis. The construction crew were all pleasant, polite, friendly and efficient. Meeting with the office staff to review and sign documents was painless. I had a budget that was respected and they worked with me to ensure there were no big surprises in cost. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Habermehl. Thank you all!

We had a patio door and several windows replaced by Habermehl. This was our third project with them, and we are once again very pleased with how things went. Our project manager, Anna, had excellent communication skills, and checked in with us regularly. The crew was great: professional and courteous, and with good attention to detail. My Daughter and I went to the Fall Home Show last year to look for the layout I wanted for the backyard suite that we wanted to build in her backyard. We were also looking for a Contractor.. As we were walking around I saw my exact layout on one of the tables. The person that we there was busy with another customer, so I picked up the paper and took it home with me. The next business day I called and guess what a real person answered the phone. I made an appointment for my Daughter and myself and the rest is history. They started construction a few months later and estimated that the house would be completed in about 3 months. They were only a couple of weeks late but it was winter. Anna was our project manager and she was great. She was on site all the time. I could call her anytime with things that I would like. I am now moved in and I love it. I had a few issues and I called Anna and she came right away . She had everything fixed right away. If I had to build again I would definitely hire Habermehl again (they answer their phone)

We had Habermehl in to re-frame the front of our house which had succumbed to wet rot. They did a fine job restoring it all, and we were very happy with their work ethic and site tidiness (especially Luke).
Also appreciated the daily photo updates and progress reports.
Nice to be able to use a local company too!
