This law firm is an absolute dumpster fire.
My initial consultation felt like a rushed interrogation by someone who clearly hadn't read my case details. They mumbled legal jargon I couldn't understand and seemed more interested in the clock on the wall than my actual problem. I left feeling confused, unheard, and significantly lighter in the wallet for the privilege.
Communication? Forget about it. Emails went unanswered for days, and phone calls felt like shouting into the void. When I finally did get someone on the phone, they were either clueless about my case or acted like I was bothering them. Updates were nonexistent, leaving me completely in the dark about what was happening (or, more likely, not happening). Their advice was questionable at best, and their attention to detail was appalling. Do not ignore the red flags. There're two types of people in downtown Lethbridge that would sat or do anything to separate you from your hard earned money, these are the other ones.
The final bill arrived like a punch to the gut – exorbitant fees for what felt like absolutely no discernible progress. It was itemized with vague descriptions that could have meant anything. When I tried to get clarification, I was met with defensiveness and more jargon.
In short, this law firm is a black hole where your money and your hopes disappear without a trace. Avoid them like the plague. You'd be better off flipping a coin for legal advice. Seriously, steer clear.
