Took a bit to ship to Ontario. But beautiful products. Bought as an Easter gift because our granddaughter doesn't really like chocolate but she loves her bath. Also just found out i can buy local. So happy!

First, ill start on the positive I guess - I love these bath bombs. We spend unreasonable amounts of money on bath products.

However, recently - ordered for pick up on Sunday. Nothing major, 8 pack, kiddo bombs and the cool hippo face bomb for my tub loving little lady - figured id recieve an order ready for pick up email maybe Tuesday. Nope, Wednesday - and, when i went to pick it up, it wasnt even ready. Which leads me to the next. The side of the building has a decal saying "here for an order pick up, head this way - pointing to the front door." but the email confirmation stated call upon arrival as the doors arent always unlocked. So I park, and call - no answer. Walk to the front door, which im then told I need to go to shipping to retireve my order. Odd, but alright. Back to the back of the building. My order wasnt even ready. I had to wait for her to package it up. Just to be given a bag full of tissue covered bath bombs.... what was the delay on readiness if it wasnt even ready?

We have ordered twice from this company and the products are amazing! The little tiny bath bombs and the toy bombs are my childrens favorite, they actually want to bath! I also love the shower melts!

All of the products we have tried are the best smelling bath products we have ever used and now we order from here over lush!

The mini bath bombs are a game changer for fun baths for my toddler! They smell amazing, don't bother his skin, don't stain the tub and are way more affordable than normal bath bombs because I can just give him a few and he's happy. We also tried the full size bath bombs with toys and the soap with a toy in it and loved those too. Everything smells amazing. I love the fast shipping and free shipping options for some orders.

I have ordered and had delivered many times with no issues. However close to Christmas I ordered and drove from Calgary to pick up in red deer. The guy working the counter was confused and didn’t know the products or prices as I bought more than my online order when I arrived. I left went home and never looked till the next day. Half my order was missing. I contacted via email and was told to take a picture of what I received even after I informed of what I didn’t. This made no sense as anyone can take out products and take a picture. Plus it’s Xmas I already distributed in gifts after a very slow response. I emailed again and I took 3 emails for a response. Finally I got another and it has taken 7 to explain what I didn’t get even sending pics of the order and clearly circling wasn’t there, he got that wrong too. Very disappointing as I have shipped with no issues before. Perhaps stay as shipping not a storefront as your guy has no clue what he is doing. Also still waiting on a refund.

I was disappointed with products I bought. The bath bombs drop right to the bottom of the tub. They are oily and left no scent on my skin. I also tried the epson bubble bath lavender, the smell was amazing but the bubbles were almost non existent. So very disappointing I don’t think I would buy again when there is better quality for a comparable price points.

I just received my order and all I could say was wow! The scent coming from the box was fantastic! It was packaged beautifully (came across the country and everything was perfectly intact)! Can't wait to try them out! My daughter is going to love the 'surprise inside' ones!
