From the amount of likes I get on this review, I always come back. Seems that the company has yet again asked their family members, managers and current employers of 5+ years to make positive reviews to dismiss others that are negative. From the little time I worked here I know many of the staff so please don’t believe them. I was also fooled by the positive reviews and when I met the staff I realized it was them who posted them and likely were told to post a review. I also want to state that although the pay may see good to some, know that if it’s raining or snowing or super hot, you will have to continue working from 11-7pm. You’ll also have “short breaks” (10 minute break, or I know some who say they don’t take breaks at all in order to get at least one donor) while on turfs, meaning you’d have to find some place to sit and eat a snack like at a tree… one of my trainers had to go to the bathroom and would go in a forest to do so… not so hygienic or fun for us women. if you want to work here you must be EXTREMELY passionate so just think about that before you apply or agree to go for an interview.

I started working here a few weeks ago and quit after just a week. I have so much to say, very little of it is good unfortunately.

They make you walk around with someone in the second interview, basically just following them doing their work all day, which is not paid for from 11am-7:30pm, they make you sign something before as well. I walked over 20k steps every day, and some days they would make you walk to your turfs since they didn’t have enough drivers which was a 25 minute walk, and had to walk back, making us lose our energy quicker.

I won’t name names, but the man who trained me was also a complete creep and said so many inappropriate things to me, you know who you are. Majority of these positive reviews are actually made by the staff and managers, funny. The interview also doesn’t mention that you need a certain amount of donors in one month or else you’ll get fired. It’s insanely difficult to
get donors and they expect a lot from you. A few of the people I talked to told me they had to ask their family and friends to sign up as donors so they would reach their MDA and not get fired. The office doesn’t have a water fountain and they don’t provide water bottles either, I would bring two water bottles with me and finish them both so quickly and get tired everyday. My legs felt like they were about to fall off every day and night.

**There is a reason why this company is always hiring. Some of the staff are great motivators but the management doesn’t care about their employees, only donors and profit.

The workplace environment is absolutely incredible. I have never had a day where I wanted to skip a day of work because everyone at the workspace is constantly building you up whenever you are down. Also has Spencer Harris the most understanding boss who attempts to make the space feel like a second family.
