I hired John Maggio for SEO Marketing and email campaign. After about 8 months, he did not do anything that he said he would. All his promised were never fulfilled. When I discussed this with him several times, he would tell me that he is working on them. He had my credit card on file as he was billing me monthly. After I fired him, he still kept charging my credit card claiming that he did not have my card on file. After I proved to him that he has indeed charged my card, he blamed it on his sister. This was in August 2023. Besides charging his monthly fee of $1000, he would charge my credit card $98 for MailChimp which I had agreed to when we were working together and which I asked him to stop charging. I However, just like his $1000 monthly fee, he did not notify MailChimp to stop the subscription and until now March 2024, I am am being charged $98 per month. When I brought this to his attention several times, he denied that it was him stating that he dis not have my card on file, which is a lie. To me, trying to get away with charging me $1000 per month when I fired him and then continuing to charge me $98 per month is nothing short of fraud. I stayed with him for as long as I did, hoping things would change for like me he is a graduate of 10KSB
