Very impressed with the customer customer service, the quality, the pricing, and the availability of NFL games. Keep up the great work. Hay just came and install their new streaming TV to our TV yesterday since then we have had nothing but issues of it freezing etc several calls to them has gotten us nowhere so we are expected to pay for a service that we can't use the support guy on the phone refuses to send someone out to have a look at the issue. Tells us we have to read our TV Manuel as he's not a TV technician. Their customer care is deplorable they are very uncaring...totally disgusted with this company's a few weeks have gone by now our cable is interrupted several times a day saying something went wrong we have to turn our TV off and then turn back on several times a day we are done with this cable company and are looking into other services for our TV viewing they should have left well enough alone

I have had it with Hay and their fantastic support. Just kidding. These folks are the best. I submitted a ticket and within 20 mins I get a call which I missed but listen to it on vm. It all worked as instructed. Hay you are the best of the best. I will guarantee the big boys like bell and rogers don't have service like you.

*edit* since our communications yesterday Hays have reviewed my account and did what I thought was the right thing, we will continue our service and my wife and I appreciate Hays and Brian’s help with the matter.

Very poor customer service, they changed the way they were doing things at the park we are at and expect use to pay for a service we aren’t using. To be honest the internet was spotty at best last year, I’m not even sure it was worth what they were charging when we are there to use it

Great service from the staff at the GB store. Sorted out a few issues I was having and explained the new services coming up. Also set up a service tech to follow up on an issue which happened within 1 hour of leaving the office. Excellent results driven service!
