Customer Service is rare these days! Brian the RV Medic went above and beyond my wildest expectations. I had a propane leak that was a bit of a mystery and he said for me to stop by. I got there about 4pm of a Friday and he started to troubleshoot. Unfortunately it wasn't a quick fix and a lot more investigating needed to be done. They close at 5 but Brian stayed open for us (I had my 3 kids with me) trying to figure out the issue. After a couple hours he figured it out but didn't have a part needed to fix it. He was able to cap the leaking hose making it safe for my family and said he'll try to get the part Saturday morning and come to where we were camping and fix. He was able to get the part and fixed us up the next day. I'm so grateful for Brian and what he did for us. I highly recommend this company for how they treated us.

I was broken down at the side of the road in Stettler. I called RV Medic and they arrived in 10 minutes, assessed the problem took the springs apart and had a welder called to get our wheels rolling enough to get to their shop. We left the trailer with them and repair was completed. Brian drove two hours to our house to check a problem with water which ended up being a check value unrelated to the repair. He said while I’m here he walked around the trailer to point out places that I should watch for sealing to avoid water damage in the future. I was very impressed with this business and their dedication to their work. They really truly do stand behind their service. I can’t say enough about the positive experience we had with RV Medic in Stettler, highly recommend them !

Our fridge stopped working while we were camping. Heartland RV answered our phone call promptly & technician troubleshooted with us. Since we had a fridge full of food, they prioritized us and were on site in less than an hour. They diagnosed the issues & had our fridge working agn within an hour. Very friendly. Knowledgeable. Outstanding service!! Highly recommend!!

I was a little nervous about booking an appointment with the company since there was only one other review to go from. Our fridge, water heater, ac/heater was not working. Brian replaced the Circuit board on the fridge and water heater and replace the wiring for the AC and heater. Everything works perfectly. We are extremely happy with the service Brian provided and highly recommend him!

My husband stayed in Stettler with our RV very recently. He hired Brian to deal with a water leak on our washer/dryer combo unit along with a few minor repairs and some retail.
The service was impeccable and Brian was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, diligent and affordable.
We would strongly recommend his services long before taking your unit to a dealership. We can say for sure Heartland RV Medic will be our first call for anything RV related.

I had one of the propane burners on my stove and the gravity furnace in my 1980 Roadway camper serviced here. Brian did an awesome job and the staff was very helpful in getting my camper off loaded and reloaded again. I definitely recommend them!

A RV roof vent I put onto a project 4 years ago, recently disintegrated & I was looking for a new one. Canadian tire doesn't even carry parts for the kits they sell (they were happy to offer to sell me a whole new kit for $102 though), and Peavey mart was no better.

I went to this place & the folks had both white & smoke colour options, for cheaper, and made suggestions on how to make sure stuff is easier to install, easier to seal, easier to work with & how to make sure this doesn't happen again. ALL for a price point I certainly didn't expect. The gent said it's because they want to make a customer for the long term. They were VERY professional, knowledgeable and most of all, HELPFUL!

I cannot recommend these folks enough. If you need parts or repairs, definitely talk with these folks!
