We have worked with many realtors over the years but never with one so good as Helen Harder. She was incredibly attentive , a master listener, and very resourceful, patient and understanding. Rarely do I recommend a realtor, but I have zero hesitation in recommending her for anyone who wants a very detailed, honest, and dedicated professional at their side. We rented from Helen for 14 months. I have emailed the rental email address and not heard anything back so hoping this gets seen.
There was mold in the garage that was not fixed because we were "only going to be there a year", the door from the garage to the house is not self closing which is illegal, and Helen being a realtor, and her husband being in the construction business, I'm sure they know that. These are just a few things that I have emailed about, but I don't want to be ignored. I sent Helen a list via text of things that needed to be addressed in that house. Helen also entered the home without notice while we were still under the lease to "check on the cleaners". We were given no notice she was coming. We ended up paying an obscene amount for a move out clean because Helen took it upon herself to go tell the cleaners to do more, when they weren't done cleaning and we still had time to go finish whatever wasn't done. I just want to make sure the issues are addressed and the next family is safe.
