The Pharmacy Assistant course was organized nicely. All of the information was relevant and the teachers were knowledgeable in the course materials. The course material aligned with the information needed for the practical application during the practicum. The schools help setting up my practicum was extremely helpful. Additionally, the school was able to accommodate to my need for time off due to medical reasons, ensuring I could get back into my classes and finish the course easily once I returned. I recently completed the Pharmacy Assistant program at Heritage College, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience overall. Coming into the program with no prior medical experience, I was a bit apprehensive, especially knowing that many of my classmates already had some background in the field. However, thanks to the incredible teaching skills of the instructors , I was able to excel in my classes.

The teachers were always helpful and ready to offer a hand whenever needed, which made a huge difference in my learning journey. They took the time to ensure that every student understood the material, regardless of their prior experience.

While the academic portion of the program was exceptional, I believe there is some room for improvement when it comes to the practicum. A bit more organization during that phase would make the overall experience even better.

Despite this, the service and support at Heritage College were top-notch. Everyone was always happy to help, creating a welcoming and supportive learning environment. I highly recommend this program to anyone considering a career as a pharmacy assistant.

Attended an online course for CSW and enjoyed my time with this school. The staff was very helpful and the teachers were both knowledgeable and caring. Even though the school is in Alberta, the practicum coordinator Parisa did a good job in finding me placement within the GTA in order to finish off my certificate.
