This was a surprisingly great experience. This store had many options and great staff. Many of the products had great prices, and there was a sale that made shopping here even more reasonable. The bags had some issues, such as zippers that got stuck and straps that did not support well, but it was still good. Overall, the staff was amazingly helpful and the prices make browsing here a great experience.

Kudos to Matty and Drew for being so patient and friendly to us despite their store will close in 10 minutes. They are the type of staff that every client will be happy to deal with everyday. Their store got various design and discount, that we bought and left with a happy heart🩷

Recently was able to visit the Herschel store in Banff. Great atmosphere and staff are all super helpful. I especially got great service from a friendly guy called Matty. He helped me to pick out the perfect laptop bag. He had such great product knowledge and was so helpful. Thanks Herschel team! We'll definitely be back!

Just called in to Herschel Banff when we experienced a problem with a backpack we had purchased a week earlier in Victoria. Firstly, I would just like to say the Herschel warranty is brilliant - problem sorted in a flash. And Jack (I think the store manager) was Awesome! Thank you so much guys - really appreciate all the help you gave us!

Absolutely loved my shopping experience at Herschel! The ambiance was lovely, and the fitting room area was just CUTE. Huge shoutout to Jack for being incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when it came to choosing a jacket. His advice was spot on! (I wore a lot and received tons of accomplishment) ☺️I'll definitely be returning.
