I haven’t used this business before but my child used to see John Laing- he was a very good therapist BUT was very unreliable- would not show up for our appointment, would be late, moved from company to company and then just stopped replying to emails, messages for appointments. Would not even return the MDs calls. This was awful for my son- it took so long to built trust and then he just went MIA. I have heard this is not uncommon for him. I would avoid using him.

Hexagon Psychology came highly recommended to me from my child's teacher, stating that their techniques would jive really well with what my child struggles with. I originally reached out through their main email line over a week ago, with no response. In total, I attempted to make contact 4 times over the phone (all voicemails went unanswered) as well as 2 emails. Eventually someone did contact me, however in the interim I had reached out to other local clinics as I wasn't getting a response from Hexagon. Ultimately, between untimely communication and less than stellar customer service, we have chosen a different clinic for our needs.

Spoke with Dr. Colp regarding some assistance for a student with ADHD and some childhood issues, and any Government programs that could help subsidize/pay his therapy. Dr. Colp was very helpful with his emails and discussion. He even offered to meet for an assessment to see the best options. The level of care in the email was thoughtful, and the information helpful and timely. Thanks again.
