We highly recommend Brandon and HI-lite Signs in Comox Valley BC to anyone looking for a new sign. They provide excellent customer service, high quality materials, and very competitive pricing!
It was a great experience from start to finish. We really appreciated all their help with design ideas and how friendly and patience Brandon was while we kept changing our minds! Having him look after all the details in regards to permits and logistics, made the whole experience seamless and ensured the job was done right. We would definitely use them again for any of our sign needs!!

I was left high and dry with many deficiencies on a large project. I worked hard to pay them early in good faith. They wouldn't go back and fix the mistakes they clearly made. I used another company and they went in and were able to correct all issues. This cost us all the profit on the project. I am not happy with Hi-Lite signs.

Brandon and Mark were fantastic to work with. They did my front door decal the day after I requested it and my office sign much quicker than I had anticipated. They both look great. I would highly recommend these guys.

Shady business practices with bogus charges for installation which was never done. Nor were they ever to install. They then say it’s a delivery fee. (Which you offered to drop off for free in the first place) I drive by your place everyday and could have easily picked it up. First and last time I use them for my business.

This is a small community and I know who i won’t be recommending.. Owner couldn’t care less about illegal charges..

SHAME on you…Don’t bother responding to my review you already blew me off. Hope someone rips you off someday and see how you like it..

Just got email from the owner. He would be willing to repair the damage he confessed is caused by them (because damage always happen when they handle signes) at my cost.
Be careful what you sign up for.

Cannot recommend their Services anymore. They took down a signage for me and dropped it off at my place. Now it's damaged and the owner told me: "It always happens when we handle a sign." Really? The owner also told me this morning that every sign they put up or down will be damaged.

I understand and by agreeing that you damaged the sign I assume you will take care of it, by repairing or financially. I assume you are insured.

I had a "Welcome Sign", made by Hi-Lite Sign a few months ago and found the young man who owns the business, Brandon , to be a very well mannered individual who knows his product knowledge well. He listens to what you have to say, takes notes and with a firm handshake plus smile says he will get back to you with a quoted price, if it is a big job but as for mine he was able to give me a reasonable price that day. The welcome sign Brandon made for my front door is exactly what I had asked for and was delivered in a timely fashion manner.
