Phoned to get a slip tank installed to the battery with a rocker switch inside. They were able to get me in right away, and did a great job running the wires and switch in the cab super sano. The staff were really friendly and they even gave me a ride home to the hotel! I would recommend and use this company again for any hitch or trailer needs.

Excellent service, we were on our way from Grande Prairie to Red Deer for our daughters wedding with our brand new trailer when we found out that the dealership did not set us up with the correct fifth wheel hitch and the parts were at least two weeks away. They switched out our hitch and had us up and running again in a hour. Very thankful!!

Excellent service! We were driving back from BC to Ontario with our 35’fifth wheel when the equalizer broke! They went out of their way to find someone that could accommodate us and fix our fifth wheel the very next day! Randy ordered the parts required and made arrangements with the other company to do the welding! Great service and really great people! Highly recommend!!!!!

I was up in Nordegg with my cargo trailer quading & camping. I had the left hinge break off when I was loading the quad. I went to hitch and go and John in the shop had it fixed before I even was done my shopping at CTC. Certainly got me out of a bind. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks very much!
