Has them come in and repair a broken geotab module.
They broke pieces of the dash, they used an impact to remove dashboard screws and to reinstall them.
The screw is now stripped and the dash is no longer screwed into the truck.
The tech also damaged one of the USB chargers that was plugged in at the time.

Each year I rent a satellite phone from Hi-Tech. Always efficient, very pleasant service lady. A good phone at a reasonable price and she is incredibly patient in explaining (every year) how to use it.

Murray Caines is not interested in selling products, emailed him a week ago, only responded when I told him I'd be writing a review.
