Great Service from Start to Finish!

We recently had a wood stove installed by HomeMDs, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the very first interaction to the final installation, every step was handled with professionalism, expertise, and genuine care.

A huge thank you to Yannick R., our salesman and project manager, who guided us through the process seamlessly. His knowledge, attention to detail, and clear communication made everything easy and stress-free.

The installation team was equally amazing. Roland and Randy did a phenomenal job installing the wood stove with precision and care, ensuring everything was set up perfectly.

When we needed to move our mini-split to accommodate the stove, Jonathan and Marco stepped in and did an excellent job, handling the adjustment with skill and efficiency.

We also want to thank Jocelyn who works in the office and kept us updated and organized throughout the entire process. Her responsiveness and coordination made scheduling a breeze, and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Everyone we interacted with at HomeMDs was professional and friendly. The quality of both the product and the service was excellent , and our home is now cozier than ever.

I had 2 heat pumps installed by GL Caissie Home MDs and I couldn't be happier with the final product and professionalism they provided . JD, who came out to our home, went through all options from his experance for install and offered many models for us to pick from. The installation was fast and professional, the crew was amazing.
