Something to improve - I recommend to the company is that stay committed to the pick up and drop off time. Pick was later than the given 4 hrs window and drop off was also later than given 4 hrs window.

We used Horizon Moving and Transportation for our out of town move 3.5 hours south of Fort McMurray recently. They were amazing to deal with from start to finish. They were very prompt with a quote and they had quick availability. They showed up on time, even accommodated a last minute time change to pick up. They were quick to load and just as quick to unload the following day. They even moved an existing bed to the basement for me upon arrival, and while they were at the new house, I had a delivery show up that were fairly large and heavy boxes, they brought that in for me too! I would use them again in the future if needed and highly recommend this company to anyone needing a professional service.

What a great moving company! If you're hesitant about hiring movers like I was, don't be worried about Horizon Moving. I had heard so many bad reviews about other companies that I was stressing when I had to choose one. I was referred to Horizon moving by my friend and it couldn't have been a better experience. They were super helpful and very accommodating. Nothing was damaged and they were very respectful of my home. The 2 movers were hard workers and they put everything where it was supposed to be. They took the stress out of the move for me and were worth every penny.
