I am so happy with our new door, we get compliments all the time. Dennis was amazing, quoted us the best price, had it made and installed in the timeline he said it would. the Installer was awesome, did a great job and cleaned the worksite perfectly, even in the cold of winter. Dennis came back for a followup just to make sure we were happy and even installed a peephole upon request for no extra charge. I would definitely use them again and recommend to all.

Before HTR, I contacted three firms: the answers were sketchy, and the estimates were formed by eye. Here the approach is different. They showed me in detail the difference between the profiles, immediately gave me the production timeframe for each model, and sent me an estimate with a specific list of work and materials.

We arrived at the measurements at the designated time, recorded all the features of the openings, discussed methods of fastening and type of insulation.

On the day of installation, the installers immediately laid out the tools, checked each opening and began without delay.

They worked calmly, step by step, checking the level and tightness of the joints. After leaving, there was no debris left, the frames stood evenly, the sashes run softly, and the seals were not displaced anywhere.

The result can be assessed immediately: everything is airtight and visually neat. This format of work is rare.👍👍👍

In HTR with this all surprisingly clear: no one promised, did not try to rush, did not keep silent.

They took measurements, described the materials, explained the options for installation and warranty. There were a lot of questions, especially about fittings and profile - everything was explained without irritation.

The installation went smoothly. You can see that the installers are not the first day in business - with their tools, without fuss, without loud conversations. After installation everything was cleaned up, no trash left. I checked the joints, gluing, the work of locks - all okay.

While the overall look of our new windows and doors are nice the experience wasn't. The wrong front door was delivered as well as our patio doors. They were replaced but the initial response from the installer was to move our stone patio stairs, as the door they installed opened on the opposite side of our stairs. That indicated a disinterest in ordering the right door. The installers left a mess of caulking on our brand new patio stones as well as breaking a window during removal onto a brand new AC unit. The weather stripping came off our front door and we called. Haven't heard a word in over a month. As well as the caulking around the windows is peeling, revealing white underneath. The framing around our bay window is peeling after 2 years.
Customer service is dismal. Don't recommend.
