I don't normally write reviews but felt I needed to share this. I reached out to my local branch (Nelson) in hopes of getting an estimate for house insurance for my older mobile home. I am well aware that this can be difficult request due to being a mobile home, as well as from the 1970s. Jennifer from the Nelson branch had emailed me the application and was very pleasant to deal with (this is why I am leaving two stars rather than one); she had referred me to Angel to help me continue with the estimate. This was on October 18th. I had emailed Angel all of the information needed at that time. One week later on October 25th I had followed up as I had not heard anything since the 18th. I had then received my one and only response from Angel, who referred to me as Monica (not my name at all). I had answered the question she asked, and again, heard nothing back. Sent another follow up on October 30th, with no response. Today is November 1st and I still have had the one and only interaction with Angel. Fortunately I was able to secure a policy with another company. I do have to say I am quite disappointed as I was recommended to use Hub by several other insurance companies, as well as my mortgage broker. In the future I will continue using Heritage Insurance, who was able to secure a policy for me without me constantly following up.
