From the beginning, John was incredibly accommodating. He worked with us on pricing, scheduling, and even offered extra support by sending one of his technicians to help us troubleshoot not only the freezer issue but also other appliance problems that had piled up. The technician was top-notch—quick to diagnose issues, knowledgeable, and friendly, which made such a difference in easing our stress.

What stood out most was John’s communication. He was warm, understanding, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. In a time when it felt like we had few options, having a business like I Got Chills right here in the Calgary area felt like a real blessing. I can’t express how amazing John and Catherine were to deal with. I was so last minute getting in touch with them about a freezer trailer to move my business and they worked so hard to make this happen for me. John was amazing to work with. From the booking to arranging delivery and pick up … Every i was dotted, and t was crossed. The “I Got Chills” Trailer was exactly what we needed for our event. It kept all of the food for four days for 200+ youth plus all the leaders refrigerated and exactly how we needed it.
