HE LITERALLY STOLE MY PHONE.
Officially filing a police report today. It’s been 3 months since I dropped off my phone (May). I have been extremely patient and expressed I needed updates. His communication is terrible. I’m not sure why as a business it is difficult to communicate. I definitely lost business because I don’t have a proper phone to communicate.

In October 2023, I dropped off my phone for the screen to be fixed. He offered me a free tempered glass installation (which I could prob by myself for cheap and installed better). If you look it was installed off centered and the edges are exposed. It didn’t fit the screen.

I want to say less than a month after my phone dropped on concrete (back in 2023), which happens but this time it didn’t survive after his installation. Which means his products are poor quality and the tempered installation was poor.

I ended up getting a new phone new year 2024 so I didn’t even get to use the iPhone 11 and was stored in my drawer.

3 months ago I decided to go back to him explaining what happened years ago and maybe he can cut me a deal because after all he did the last work, I thought I’d give him the benefit of the doubt.

Worst decision going back to him because now, I I’m still without a proper phone for my business (I’m using an Android that also has a broken screen temporarily). Which I thought would have to use momentarily until the phone is fixed.

He then tells me that the audio-box/speaker was broken hence why it was giving me password log in issues. I couldn’t log in using my pin for numerous times.

So we had to remove my iPhone 11 from my Apple account so he could resolve.

Honestly it was issues upon issues. It’s Aug 11,2025 and still no update and no reply to my message.

I NEED MY PHONE FIXED OR MY MONEY BACK FROM BEFORE.

I had my Xbox one fixed by this gentleman. He immediately sent me contact info and the info on the unit that I dropped off upon leaving it with him. He is very professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him for fixing phones and gaming systems

brought a ps5 in because it wont read discs.
he took too long to fix it so we decided to just pick it up without being finished but he tells us he was almost done and was going to deliver the same day in the afternoon so we went back home but he never delivered the ps5 and when we went back he said the ps5 suddenly didn't work again so we just took it back.
when i tried to see if the ps5 would take in discs but in so i tried inserting the disc in but i couldn't i went back and he wanted us to leave it there so he could check what was wrong but i was tired of just going back and forth so i decided not to leave it there. And now the cost to get it repaired it most likely higher then if there was only one problem.

Very good service. I took my MacBook Pro to apple, and they said that I would need to buy a new one, and I also went to Alberta Repairs, but they charged way too much. I went to this place, and they fixed my MacBook in a matter of ONE DAY. They charged a very reasonable price. I would recommend you go here. Remarkable service!🤩

Needed the back glass replaced on my iPhone. Everywhere else told me they’d have to send it away for repair (which would be very inconvenient as it is my work phone) iFix had the part in stock and replaced it in just over an hour while I waited. Will definitely use again for all my broken devices.
