Sales Manager and Service Issues:

I contacted Incolor Printing on June 10 to get a quote for the façade of my business, as I was required to obtain quotes from three companies. After evaluating my options, I chose Incolor because it appeared to be the most convenient at the time. Unfortunately, from the very beginning, I experienced difficulties obtaining a professional and clear quote. When I requested a breakdown of the costs, my requests were ignored. I had to follow up 2-3 times per day just to get basic information on when the installation would occur, if it would be done on the promised date, and how much I was expected to pay. This lack of communication and responsiveness was unacceptable.

Communication Failures and Unfulfilled Promises:

Throughout my interactions, the sales manager would read my messages but often ignore them. Worse, she repeatedly made promises that she either failed to fulfill or outright contradicted. I have a record of 52 emails with her, something that is unthinkable in places like BC or ON. Despite all this back-and-forth, the job was done incorrectly, and to make matters worse, the installation was carried out when I wasn't present. She even charged my credit card without authorization, which is a significant breach of trust. At the very least, I should have been asked before any charges were processed.

Unprofessional Conduct and Lack of Accountability:

When I emailed for a breakdown of the charges, her response was, "I can't deal with this guy." This is completely unprofessional. The reason she "can’t deal" with me is simple: first, because they are taking advantage of small businesses; second, because the company is acting dishonestly by processing unauthorized charges; and third, because they refuse to admit their errors—namely, the botched installation, issues with the sales manager, and the inappropriate handling of my credit card.

That said, I must give credit where it's due—the graphic designer at Incolor is excellent. Her work is top-notch, and she deserves recognition. However, I am still waiting for an apology and response from the owner regarding these issues. It’s disappointing that such great design work is overshadowed by such poor customer service and unethical business practices.
