We registered with an incorporation agency back in 2021. The process was very easy. I had a question, and the agent helped me. Between then and now (2024), I have gone back several times to my account, and all the information has been intact. Meanwhile, I kept forgetting about some of my documents, and every time I called, they answered me right away and resolved my issue. I had worked with this agency a long time ago, and their services seem great and continue to be so. I will continue to use their services, recommend them to everyone, and thank all the staff who have helped me in the process. There must be more than five, so sorry that I can't remember their names.

Just had to pay another $2500 to fix the mistakes that this company made it might be Cheaper than your local lawyer, but in the end i ended up paying double! Oh, and I did reach out to ask for details to be rectified with no response!

No response since May 17th not sure how you’re going to fix it now because I posted on Google it’s already resolved at my expense.

Thoroughly disappointed in our experience with Incorp Pro. My husband and I hired them to set up our business, but they have only delivered half of what we paid for. My husband is having CRA login issues which they asked him to take care of, aside from that they have not set up the payroll, set up his HST number, nor provided his minute book. We're unable to set up his business account as they didn't provide and long form articles of incorporation just a certificate. We are unable to work until they set up his HST number. We paid them quite a bit of money for a service and they have provided subpar customer service. They seem to all forget who he is when he calls or that they have services left to provide him, they don't follow up or call to let him know they're working on his file or asked if my husband sorted out his CRA login issues. They didn't deliver in 2 days as promised and this is going on for over a month now. Very disappointing service.
Still waiting for a follow up email or call and we have heard nothing yet.. I'd suggest looking elsewhere

UPDATE: Incorp pro has continued to help assist where they can with the remaining items, however due to the CRA login error we are having (which the error is on CRA side), we could not complete an online registration. The business is set up with proper account numbers and documents. I am updating to 4 stars as they did everything quick when they began, but they did not offer to refund the 2 day turn around and they did not follow up on the CRA error correction to see if they can proceed with the work. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that this issue may have been a nuance for them. I do appreciate their work and respond to our questions. Thank you Incorp Pro for helping with this registration.
