Claire at the Oakville Innomar Strategies Cencora location is amazing, empathetic and passionate about her job, the location is clean and well organized.
I am also fortunate to have Alina as my case worker, she was able to help me with the coverage for my expensive medication and to change location to make my commute easier.
That makes a difference in my life and other patients' that go through stress related to life-threatening medical conditions.

Abby and Christina in the patient support program are very helpful and courteous on insurance approval process side. However the Innomar pharmacy is extremely slow to even call me to schedule delivery. I would think that they would be motivated to send me the prescription given that my private insurance is paying 100% of it and the doctor has advised I start on the medication ASAP due to my deteriorating health condition however the pharmacy seems to be moving very slowly so I am only giving 2 stars. I am comparing this to other patient support programs that move much for smoothly. As of today it has been a little over a full month since the doctor approving me for this speciality medication. regards, Nick

Due the nature of my work I'm scheduling all my appointments several months ago in order to plan flight to my customers. Yesterday I received a mail that notify me that my appointment get moved from the 21st of June to the 27th of June.
Despite all my effort to try to be relocate to a different clinic where to perform my Entyvio infusion in the same day as was scheduled, I received an email this morning that confirm my original appointment is cancelled.
I totally understand that nurses are human been and they can have some problem too but I don't understand why somebody else problem will effect me and my work.
This is a complete JOKE!!!!! IS UNACCEPTABLE that a company that provide Health care cannot provide a substitute for someone absent from work!!!!! IS DISGUSTING!!!!
This rescheduling procedures cost my company approx 3000$ to reschedule my customer trip for next week in BC.
Thank you so much for the damage that this scenario has generated on my poket.

Nothing good to say. It's all about money. God help the people that rely on medications from this establishment. Hope one day they'll understand what it feels to be ill and not receive life sustaining medication so they'll remember how they treated past and present patients that needed their help.

Is it possible to give no stars? If you need to have your prescription filled at regular intervals this is NOT your pharmacy. Deliveries are frequently late and ridiculous customer service when so. Representatives do not provide any solutions or just simply hang up. Beware - this pharmacy.

The first I heard that our prescription had been transferred to this company was when someone called me to ask why we were on it. That was the last I heard. No-one has contacted me to arrange delivery. My child is currently in remission but only while he gets his medication on time! After calling and no-one answering (for over an hour on one occasion) I eventually gave up and left a message and they still haven't got back to me.
