Just want to say how disappointed we are with the conversation that transpired yesterday in your ultrasound. . While your dealing with a child conversations need to be held with adults not children we have a child with multi struggles and after the appointment it was def a struggle. My understanding is that no one is to discuss the results sadly that did happen and I would hope those involved will be mindful next time Also I requested X-ray was told no don’t need had In November guess what got call today less than 24 hr saying we do again ? Not great customer service

The team at this business were very efficient and professional. I was told to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment and I was back to my car two minutes before my appointment time. Highly recommend Insight Imaging in Leduc.

The front end staff are very friendly and efficient. I have had several bad experiences with particular Dr doing the injections. On January 8 he did a knee treatment with cortisone. I walked into the clinic and after the treatment I limped out. And my knee was painful for a week and it kept collapsing on me. He also did a shoulder treatment several months perhaps six months prior and it was extremely painful. And the pain management only lasted for 3 weeks. I believe his name was Dr. Hawlerak but I may be off with the spelling. I will not attend anymore treatments from him. Also I had a shoulder injection from Dr OU which was I believe on August 14. There was no pain when she administered the cortisone and the pain management lasted 2 1/2 months.

I called to book an ultrasound, the lady on the phone was going to book it for me. When I told her I need a pelvic exam as I am with a fertility clinic and they require an ultrasound. She advised me effective December 2024 they charge
fertility patients $189.00. I said why? She said “this is what they advised her, Alberta health services made this change in December.” I asked her what makes me different as someone going through fertility treatment and for someone who is not she did not know. That is absolutely insane to discriminate and make it harder on individuals trying to get pregnant. Shame on you! *UPDATE! I called Spruce Grove clinic, and they got me in with no fee*

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. My appointment was for 1:00; i needed an x-ray and knee injection and was out by 1:10. Just a perfect day!

Holy crap, was in and out of there in 15 minutes. I was prepared for the long haul, brought a book, snacks and trail map. Seriously wonderful experience, everyone was friendly and the whole place was spotlessly clean. This is the only place I go.

They were friendly and easy to deal with. However I went in July for an appt and they asked if I wanted to cancel my appointment in October as it "wasn't needed" I said no don't cancel it because my Doctor specifically said she wanted me to go that one last time in October. They said ok we won't. I show up for my appointment today (october) and turns out the canceled my appt and didn't say anything to me. So not only did I have to take time off work for this and drive 45minutes for no reason, I also have to book another appointment with my doctor so she can specifically send me for another ultrasound that is supposed to be done now but won't be done for another 3 months now because she books that far in advance. Very unprofessional of them and I am not impressed at all.

It's a shame many of us have jobs so we can pay our bills. 8 to 4 is not accommodating nor practical for those of us that would have to take off the entire day for a 15 minute appointment!
We only do ultra sounds in the morning. We only do this at this time we only do that at that time!
Found a great place in the city and I can go on Saturdays. And yes for an ultra sound cortisone injection. Your clinic and CDC are useless! When you start paying other person bills and mortgages we would all gladly come at YOUR beck and call!
And tell people where they can go instead of we are not familiar with other clinics as your excuse. I know you are! Never again!
Another customer gone. Yes customer. We people with jobs pay your wages as we are the TAX PAYERS!! DO BETTER!
