Team just finished my 40 x 40 Integrity Post Building. Very happy with the finished product and glad I went with the Perma Column System! Crew was top notch (they had some terrible weather to endure) and Mitch did a great job following up with any questions I had! Engineered drawings helped with the approval process, overall very happy with the final build! Still some groundwork to finish up...bring on the warm weather!

Think twice before hiring Integrity Post Buildings.

We had a terrible experience. To start, their crew lied to us on a starting date causing me to leave a family vacation early only to sit on site for knowbody to show up. They started our project a week late, after telling us 24 hours prior that they were going to be on-site "tomorrow". Delays happen in construction, but when it's from crews outright misleading customers - something needs to change. Integrity management couldn't even tell me where the crew was or what the delays were - meanwhile I waiting onsite missing our family vacation...

Crews were drinking, while on-site working. When I sent pictures of this to Integrity, they did absolutely nothing about it. The crews regularily showed up at 1pm and left at 5pm - all while directly delaying our project and costing us damages due to incomplacities, project delays and malfunctions. If the crews would of showed up on time, worked an 8 hour day with reasonable urgency, all would of been fine.

Crews broke a shear pin, which happens regularily in construction, but it caused a full day delay even though there was an agro store 20 minutes away - unbelievably incompetent.

The crews equipment couldn't even hold oil in the units, causing us to incur cleanup costs as we were constructing in a provincial park.

We even had to replace the door handle to our shop and re-align everything, as we waiting to hear from integrity with no responses...

I'm just getting started with our poor experience, they really should do a company name change and re-brand because Integrity shouldn't be included in it.

Run. Don't hire them.

Best company we dealt with hands down when building! From sales to design to the crew that was on site. Everything was made so easy and stress free!!! Dave made sure we knew what would happen and when every step of the way, plus they ended up getting it done ahead of schedule! Would highly recommend this company.
