If you're looking for trouble you're on the right place. Back in 2014, we used to have service of comwave, there was an issue with their device which never got fixed. As a result, our phone wasn't working and we stopped paying. Comwave was asking us to pay extra for a technician to come who to fix their device which shouldn't be charged. When I asked them why telus or shaw does NOT change for this service, a poor loser agent told me, these companies charge more for monthly fees. Is this a response to a customer? We stopped paying and shipped all equipment back to them. Comwave put a lien on our house. This is what you get from companies like this. Do you want to have their service? Good luck.

My wife and I got transferred to Alberta recently and I just can't believe that this guy's charged us $400 for canceling our contract.
We returned their equipment in excellent condition and they only waved $70 off.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. this is a scheming company. A scam is what they are.
I give the a -0. Looking to tell everyone about them.

I cancelled phone service with them due to their high pricing after 10 years. I wasn't able to send the equipment back to them right away due to some personal issues - my fault. Then, after 6 months I received a phone call from them stating that I've got a pending balance of $90+... non-return fees they're referring to the non-returned device. I tried to explain to them that it wasn't returned on purpose, there're some personal issues and I'm willing to return the device asap (very old device $10max)....I returned the device (paid $25 for the shipment), called them to update on the device return and it started again....POLICY BLAH BLAH POLICY BLAH BLAH....AND ZERO EFFORT TO COOPERATE....extremely unprofessional customer service including managers!!! So now, I have to pay $90+, paid shipment fees $25 and they will apply my deposit of $50 towards the above amount and I will still owe them money This device will cost me almost $200? I will never ever recommend this company to anyone….PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

This company middle name should be TROUBLE AND STRESS, the customer service is zero and virtually non existing. after the expiration of my contract i returned all the device through Canada post registered mail but they failed to refund my initial set up deposit collected from me and the company claimed that am owing them and reported me to the credit bureau and collection agency .This is a FRAUD COMPANY KINDLY AVOID THEM LIKE A PLAQUE PLEASE YOU WILL REGRET USING THERE SERVICES.

STAY AWAY!!!! I'll start with the good: decently priced good channel selection. Now for the bad: I'm in BC the internet signal is absolute Trash I go as low as 5.5mb connection speed. Can't even hold your cell phone signal strong. Constant drops, lag, disconnects. I've called twice they can't do anything, but make ya feel like there having a good laugh at my expense when they put ya on hold lol.
If you just use cable and have a cell phone maybe. Internet speed for Stream, 4k, gaming online STAY AWAY You've been warned.

I had originally posted a bad review but I received a call from Erving and rectified my issues I had. I was happy with them just not when I get charged fees for disconnection when I had free Internet at my new place. He rectified and compensated me. Lol I was sent a confirmation email saying the services would be hooked up for us on August 3/2021 between 11am and 1pm and we could use the internet later that night. Nothing happened lol, was on the phone with tech support for the next 3 days to find out it wouldn’t be activated until Aug 10. No landline, no internet, no cable!! This is only one nightmare I’ve dealt with when it comes to Com wave. Worst communication company going.

Terrible WIFI will be canceling my service as soon as office opens. Wifi randomly stops working and when I call to complain they tell me it works fine. Would of given 0 stars
