DO NOT USE IF YOU LIVE OUT OF TOWN. I attempted to use Jay to list my condo. The sign and lock box took 3 weeks to go up. New pictures were not taken the previous listing pictures were used. There was very poor communication regarding what was going on. When the listing ended it took over two weeks to get the listing taken down. I had a horrible experience with both Jay Johnson and Better Homes and Garden Real estate.
