Jet Signs, a family-owned company led by the father, seems to lack essential human skills and education. My interaction with Andrew, the son, was unproductive and unprofessional during the installation of my new sign. Furthermore, the sign's poor installation led to its collapse the next day. I advise exercising caution when considering Jet Signs' services, as their subpar performance may harm their business reputation. The owner's failure to address Andrew's behavior raises leadership concerns and underscores the need for improvement to prevent business decline and ensure customer satisfaction.

Excellent installation of 3M Heat reduction window film today. Already my sunroom is no longer a sauna.
I highly recommend using this family run business.

Several weeks later, I continue to be impressed with the heat reduction film. What an amazing difference in the temperature of my sunroom. So nice to be able to enjoy this room.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend hiring this company. They struggle with customer satisfaction and deliver inadequate results. The team's behavior and workmanship are not up to standard. I will not reuse their services and will inform others of my dissatisfaction.

Ken came out and promptly quoted us, worked with us closely on the design offering his expertise and delivered on time as promised.
