I do a lot of traveling and this is definitely my favorite place to get oil changes. Not only oil changes but transmission differential etc. The staff is particularly efficient and especially friendly. This shopis particularly well organized clean and accommodating.

If we could give this place 100 stars we would! We were in the Royal Rally and had troubles with our Porsche’s coolant and a possible leak. This was the first shop we found at our stop in Rocky Mountain House so we decided to pop in. These guys got us in and got it fixed so quick. One mechanic even went over to NAPA to get us the leak stop liquid to help even more. I do not know why this place is 4.3 starts because based on our experience, this is one of the best, top notch, helpful and knowledgeable customer service experiences at a mechanic shop we have EVER experienced! Thanks team!

Just today had the engine oil and fluid in both my differentials changed here.

This is the best shop I've been to for having the fluids in my vehicle swapped on the fly.
The Staff/Technicians are knowledgable, friendly and make for a good chat.

I highly recommend this shop for your vehicle's maintenance.

The worst place ever to get an oil change.! Multiple times going there was the worst experience ever. I paid for full service, yet they haven't checked all my fluids. Top it off I paid for full synthetic oil. They only gave me regular oil few times I've last been there. Never again will I take my vehicle to rocky mountain house jiffy lube. I would rate them terrible with no stars.! Never trust them. (Red deer

Staff are friendly, quick and helpful. The price however is absolutely absurd. I went in for an oil change, nothing else, yet somehow got a $170 bill? "Signature service" fee was 65 where as the oil itself was less than that. In fact, the oil price was roughly only a third of what I paid for. No other fees or services mentioned, with just a 10 minute (if that) switch, yet somehow that warrants $170 bill? Not even like if it's a large vehicle, just a regular sedan.

Took my car in for an oil change, left and went directly to my mechanic shop for repairs. The “technician” working on my car managed to puncture my heater core while looking for my cabin air filter and thus sending coolant into my car. I was rushed out the door with no sticker to remind me of my next oil change, no fluid levels checked or topped up and no real explanation of how they were going to make this situation right other than a reassurance that they would pay for the repairs. Had to call and visit the store more than once to get any answers as no one was willing to put forth the effort to contact me. I was denied an rental paid for by Jiffy Lube while my car is being fixed, which is now going on 10 days so I have been left to bum rides or borrow vehicles from friends to get to and from my job every day. The lack of communication and level of customer service has been nothing short of disappointing.

Last year took my truck in for a service.
350 for a oil change on 6.0 powerstroke
Today my 83 year old mother went in for a service on her Ford edge ... They up sold her every filter in the edge and sent her away with a $224 for an oil change .
Filters you can get from Canadian Tire for $10 get charged 50 bucks plus at this place.
The service personnel have very little class hoodwinking and old lady who just wanted an oil change...
