Hi this is Zar,
There is not enough stars to rate appropriately JML property management. They are professional, responsive, proactive, capable, caring…is just few adjectives i’d use to describe the company and Jason. They always response to our maintenance request on time. We are very fortunate to have you managing everything. We as renters look forward to continuing the relationship and would recommend JML to anyone looking for solid property management company.
I would say professionals like them is what makes property management selection easy for us, clients.

This company is very unprofessionalism and refuses to communicate with its clients.
I have been dealing with a cement issue outside my OWNED condo unit for a year and a half. They band-aid fixed the sinking cement by just filling the spots where rebar was poking up (not sure how that is supposed to fix sinking cement) and when it kept sinking, there has been refusal to do anything else. JML refuses to communicate with me or find a solution.

They also straight up lie. Jason emailed me saying they came by to examine the property - well I have cameras and this didn’t actually happen. Jason said they were going to replace the downspouts so water stopped pooling against my property - again since I have cameras, I know this wasn’t done.

JML also has not been posting the condo board meeting minutes. So there is a major lack of transparency in property management.

Jason - this isn’t a property that you own and have rented out, and will get to fixing damages whenever you want. This is MY property that is managed by your company. You are paid for a service and are failing at that service.

Jason is a fraudulent person. Stay away from his services. I have very bad experience. He knows how to rip-off innocent people. I would never recommend his fraudulent services to anyone. JML stands for "Jason Master in Looting"

What a stunning property, well maintained, quite and a large balcony for kids to play. Echo beach was 10 mins. Drive away and the view was spectacular. 1 hr drive from regina with good size bedrooms

We are owners. Jason/JML has been amazing to work with. He found renters for our property within 3 days. We didn't expect that at all. Their management prices are reasonable. We are looking forward to a long relationship.

Update 2024-05-30.
We are having a serious issue with our tenants and Jason has been unavailable. His team keep referring us to him, but he is not reaching out to us.

Over the last several months we have been very frustrated with the communications from JML. Their tickets system doesn't work well and we can't reply to Tasks. They don't answer our requests, and Jason has missed multiple appointments for phone calls.

Update 2024-06-05
Jason came to visit us and personally resolved the issue with our tenants. I am happy about the outcome. Jason has committed to a full inspection to address our other outstanding concerns.

While the ticketing system remains an issue for us. Jason and his team have resolved other issues independently and these are the second set of tenants he found for us, in both cases in less than 15 days. The necessary management is happening.

My overall review of 4 stars reflects my continued support of JML as our property managers.

Jason is great to work with!! Worked with him at one rental, and we accidentally left some equipment and supplies on site. He called our company to retreive the forgotten items. Thank you, Jason!! Much appreciated!! Would recommend anyone to work with Jason!! Great property manager!!

I've been working with Jason since the last company he was at managing properties! I followed him to JML as soon as it started.

They've been great at finding me tenants, dealing with emergencies like replacing a broken hot water heater, dealing with plumbing issues, plus low urgency things like meeting the gas company to get my services turned on.

Always great to talk to on the phone, and I love their online portal because it shows in superb detail my financial history (income/expense) and conversations/events related to my property.
