Joanne was a wonderful person to work with. She made my transition from country living to buying a condo in Edmonton seamless. She was very cognizant about what I wanted and my budget. She kept me updated regularly on units that were available in the area I was looking at. Within a short period of time there were a few units I was interested in. We came to Alberta in July to purchase a home but with only 5 days remaining before we had to head back to Ontario we had only seen 3 homes, none of which were suitable. Amazing circumstances hooked us up with Joanne who was an absolute Godsend. Within 3 days she had searched out 14 homes for us to consider. We picked out 5 to look at and chose one to offer on, subject to a home inspection. Joanne came through again and within 24 hours had booked an inspector to come in on a Saturday to do his inspection. All went well and we ended up buying with 1 day to spare before our return on Ontario.
