Jodie is the best!! Bought my first condo and she managed to get me MASSIVE savings. Because I lived out of town at the time she went into the unit on multiple occasions to check on a project the strata was working on. She saw so many flaws I didn’t see when I originally looked at the condo and helped me get set up with a home inspector who was able to help me get the full picture of everything going on. Together we ended up saving almost 20% off what the listing was originally put up for, and to top it all off when I first got in my condo on moving day I was greeted with a beautiful gift basket.
