John's Tire Service came to the rescue after a bolt punctured our tire and threatened to derail our family vacation. John's team, including our driver MacKenzie, were very helpful. Their service totally exceeded our expectations, truly going above and beyond to help and us get on our way.

On June 30, 2025 my BMW motorcycle broke down in Coldbrook NS. I called CAA and they sent John's towing to bring it home. I want to commend them on their service, and especially to the driver MacKenzie who was very diligent in ensuring their was no damage to my bike on the way home. Not our regular automotive shop, but we randomly broke down in Berwick on a Saturday. We managed to limp the vehicle to this shop. They got it in first thing Monday morning, and we had it back by noon. Great service, reasonable price, and clear explanations provided. We don't live close by, but I would recommend people in the area to take their vehicle here. Thanks again!

Highly recommend this company. Jamie was extremely helpful in towing my vehicle. We had a few problems getting it onto the flatbed but he was very patient. Would definitely use this company again.

Visiting from out of province and I had a tire with a leak. They fit me in on a Saturday, found the issue, patched it up and I was on my way. Great service and a friendly staff.
