After we got the green light to sell the home, which Julie helped us get with her prompt and professional esimate, I didn't hesitate to commission her to handle the listing and sale. She did a great job marketing our home (and her photographer did great work too), had a busy open house, and it wasn't long before offers came rolling in; we entertained a number of them and got the price we were looking for. She did an amazing job communcating with us and prospective buyers and all parties involved to make everything happen smoothly. Would most definitely recommend her on your next home sale!!
